Tenders are invited for Acquisition projector, PC, laptop, multifunctional monitor.

Purchase of video, PC, laptop, multifunctional monitor, by signing a contract for the supply, availability and technical specifications of the specification. The object of the supply contract is divided into 5 lots.

Total quantity or scope: Procurement contract is broken down into 5 lots. Projector = 29 pcs. PC = 19 pc. Laptop = 19 pcs. Multifunctional = 20 pcs. Monitor = 29 pcs. Estimated value excluding VAT: 151,895.46 RON

The deadline for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents: 23.9.2016 3:00 p.m.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 09/30/2016 4:00 p.m.

Minimum time frame during which the tenderer must maintain the tender: 60 days (from the date stated for receipt of tender)

Deposits and guarantees required: Lot 1 = 655,40lei, Lot 2 = 775,83lei, Lot 3 = 791,66lei, Lot 4 = 632,40lei, Lot 5 = 182,61lei. In case the guarantor shall be filed. the part. currency, the euro will be exchange rate of participation of publishing. Per. The validity of the guarantee. pt. partic .: 60 days from the date stated for receipt of tender.
