Accounts Chambers of Russia to perform functional review of Audit Chamber of Kyrgyzstan in 2013.

The Audit Chamber of Kyrgyzstan and Accounts Chamber of Russia Russia have signed the memorandum of understanding, the Audit Chamber of Kyrgyzstan announced on September 21. The Russian Accounts Chamber will carry out functional review of the Audit Chamber of Kyrgyzstan from January to July 2013 to enable the Audit Chamber of Kyrgyzstan to harmonize its legislation with the international standards. In such peer reviews the Audit Chamber of Kyrgyzstan and the Accounts Chamber of Russia will be guided by the cooperation agreement signed in December 2004, legislation of both countries regulating audit and financial control, international standards.
