Accor Services Re-Brands Its Transit Vouchers as Commuter Check(R) Vouchers.

LOS ANGELES -- Please replace the release dated June 20, 2007 with the following corrected version due to multiple revisions.

The corrected release reads:

Accor Services USA, a leader in innovative employee benefits solutions and premier provider of national commuter benefit programs, today announced that effective June 21, 2007, it is re-naming its transit vouchers, formerly called TransitChek vouchers, as Commuter Check[R] vouchers. This change reflects brand consistency with Accor's national transit benefit program, Commuter Check Benefit Solutions. Employers and employees alike will continue to derive the tax savings associated with this commuter benefit program that allows employees to pay for commuting expenses with pre-tax dollars. The TransitChek trademark continues to be owned and used by TransitCenter, Inc.

Commuter Check vouchers will be available in denominations of ten dollars ($10.00) and higher. Otherwise, the benefit program remains unchanged with the same ease of administration and use program participants enjoy today. Commuter Check vouchers branded with the TransitChek name will remain valid through to their expiration date. However, moving forward all new vouchers will be printed with the Commuter Check brand.

Commuter Check vouchers are accepted in Los Angeles and the surrounding area at over 650 retail locations including ACE Cash Express, Nix Check Cashing, Cash It Here, Ralphs and many others to pay for commuting on the following participating transit service providers: Amtrak, Antelope Valley Transit Authority, Culver City Bus, Foothill Transit, Gardena Municipal Bus Lines, LADOT, Long Beach Transit, Metro, Metrolink, Monticello Transit, Omni Trans, Orange County Transportation Authority, Riverside Transportation Authority, Santa Clarita Transit, Santa Monica Transit, South Coast Area Transit, Sun Bus, Enterprise Rideshare, VPSI vanpools and Access Services Inc.

"We remain committed to delivering money-saving commuter benefit programs to employers and commuters in and around Los Angeles," said Stuart Baker, vice president of marketing, Accor Services USA. "Bringing the product line under one consistent brand name eliminates the possibility of any confusion as many of our customers institute Commuter Check benefit programs in multiple locations across the country because of the administrative ease and consistency of commuter products for all employees regardless of their location."

About Commuter Check Benefit Solutions

Commuter Check Benefit Solutions is a transit and parking voucher program that allows companies to take advantage of the Qualified Transportation Fringe Benefit, a federal tax incentive for employees and employers alike. Also known as IRS Code Section 132(f), the incentive allows employees to set aside up to $110 per month pre-tax for transit benefits and $215 per month pre-tax for parking benefits. In effect, employees can pay commuting and parking expenses with tax-free dollars without increasing overall compensation costs for employers. In fact, employers actually save on payroll taxes with every participating employee. For employees, this could equate to more than $1,500 in annual tax savings and employers can save eight to ten percent on payroll taxes.
