Accepted to Princeton.
The leases were announced by Vincent Marano, chief operating officer of National Business Parks, who said that the transactions involved firms new to College Park, as well as renewals and expansions.
"Once again, these leases illustrate the appeal of Princeton in general and of College Park in particular to the high tech research and development community," he said. "Princeton is unique and its address affords international prestige. These companies, which trade on a global scale, also require state-of the art facilities and meticulously maintained buildings and grounds for their workplace. For these reasons, many have become College Park tenants who are likely to renew their leases and expand their space within the campus, as required."
In all transactions, College Park's owner, Lawrence Zirinsky Associates, was represented by Mr. Marano and NBP leasing executive Tom Stange.
Wampole Laboratories, a division of Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc., has leased 16,000 s/f of space at 2 Research Way in a long-term transaction. The firm is an information and management consultant organization, providing business strategy, process engineering, software development and project management. Princeton Consultants clients include Prudential Financial, CSX Railroad, Dow Jones, Crowley Maritime, FedEx, Merck and Goldman Sachs.
Zargis Medical Corp., a spin-off of Siemens AG that develops and markets advanced acoustic technologies for detecting abnormalities through analysis of heart sounds, has leased 2,500 s/f of space at 2 Research Way.
