Accel-KKR and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Complete Sale of Alias for $197 Million.

MENLO PARK, Calif. & TORONTO -- Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity investment firm, and Teachers' Private Capital, the private investment arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, today announced the completion of the sale of Alias to Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK). The all-cash transaction, recently adjusted to $197 million, was first announced on October 4, 2005, and initially valued at $182 million.
