Abu Dhabi's A'l Bahar project on track for Q1 2018 opening.

Miral has announced that the beachfront community space A'l Bahar will open by the end of Q1 2018.

The developer has confirmed that 80% of entertainment and food and beverage outlets have now been leased at the beachfront project at the Corniche, Abu Dhabi.

Last month it was revealed that the 80,000-sqm mixed-use development will offer a total of 48 retail spaces, comprising F&B, entertainment, leisure, retail, as well as fitness and wellbeing opportunities for both residents and visitors.

The A'l Bahar project is dedicating retail space opportunities for owners of small businesses and entrepreneurs, which are available for short-term leasing to support and inspire pop-up entrepreneurial projects.

"We are on track to launch the groundbreaking leisure, wellness and retail space by the end of March for launch to public, ahead of the Mother of the Nation Festival." said Miral Chief Portfolio Officer B.R. Kiran. "Leasing of available retail spaces is also on track with a variety of leasing opportunities still available for both established brands and local start-ups which we feel is a unique and exciting advantage to this project," added Kiran.

A'l Bahar will welcome brands such as: Depresso, Margherita, Haagen Dazs, Ice Cream Lab, Urban Seafood, CupaGahwa, Miyabi Sushi, Tawa Bakery, Filli, and Scratch.
