Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, LLP Announces Investigation of DG FastChannel, Inc.

NEW YORK -- Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, LLP has commenced an investigation concerning possible violations of state and federal securities laws by DG FastChannel, Inc. ("DGIT" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:DGIT) stock during the period between September 3, 2009 through August 27, 2010.
