Above the law.

After the Constitutional Court repealed the city's building plan, the Government follows its own bent and is incredibly persistent to continue with the construction works, says Valentina Stojancevska from Vreme. The true question is why they are in a hurry and whether the project has an essential meaning that it has to be realized so fast. Its audacity shows that Macedonia is no longer a country of law and that the democratic institutions have practically been suspended. It is shameful to tramp on one's own Constitution or does the Government wish to remind us again that--where there is force, there is no justice, says Stojancevska.
