 AWT SUBSIDIARY AWARDED CHIMNEY INSTALLATION CONTRACT
 BRANCHBURG, N.J., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Custodis, a Research- Cottrell company and a subsidiary of Air & Water Technologies Corporation (AMEX: AWT), has been awarded a contract to install a chimney at Cincinnati Gas & Electric's Miami Fort Station in North Bend, Ohio. The contract is valued at approximately $2.7 million.
 Under the terms of the agreements, Custodis will provide design, procurement, and erection of the outer concrete shell, insulated steel flue, and auxiliary equipment. The 590-foot chimney is part of an upgrade for Miami Fort Station Units 5 and 6. Work is scheduled to begin in April 1992 and will be completed by July 1993.
