 AWT AFFILIATE TO INSTALL CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITORS
 AT THREE SITES IN MISSOURI
 BRANCHBURG, N.J., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- KVB/Analect, a Research-Cottrell company and a subsidiary of Air & Water Technologies Corporation (AMEX: AWT), has been awarded a contract by Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc., to install and start up continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) systems at three sites in Missouri. The contract is valued at $1.5 million.
 The dilution-type KVB EcoProbe(tm) monitors will be installed at Associated Electric's Chamois, New Madrid, and Thomas Hill power stations. The installation includes the KVB Compliance interactive software package as part of the CEM Information Management System.
 KVB/Analect, with headquarters in Irvine, Calif., designs, manufactures, installs, and manages environmental and process information management systems. The company specializes in CEM systems and Fourier Transform Infrared multicomponent environmental and process monitors.
