 AUTOMUNDO MAGAZINE PURCHASED BY EDWARD CETLIN
 MIAMI, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The purchase of Automundo Magazine,


the number one Spanish automotive magazine in the United States, was announced today by its new president, Edward Cetlin. The transaction involved the purchase from Kogan E.A. Corporation, whose president, Enrique Kogan will now dedicate his time to his advertising agency.
 "We are very excited about our acquisition of Automundo Magazine, we look forward to the continuing development of this publication serving the U.S. Hispanic market as well as Latin America," Cetlin noted.
 Cetlin is president of Automundo Productions, Inc., and has been involved with media for 27 years, having owned and operated 3 radio stations in New England. Now a resident of Bal Harbour, Cetlin consults to several local media companies.
 Jorge Koechlin remains chief executive officer of Automundo Productions and its sister company Sports-In-Spanish. With over 20 years in motorsports experience, Koechlin raced professionally in Europe under Bob Bondurant's support. Koechlin became the first Peruvian Formula One driver racing for Frank Williams (Williams FW07/Cosworth), he has also driven in Indy Car Racing (Dan Gurney Eagle). Koechlin also competed for the World Championships of Sportcars (Porsche and BMW) and Rally (Nissan Team Europe). Koechlin anchored for Univision's motorsports program and later joined Automundo and Sports-In-Spanish. He currently co-produces with ESPN International the world live satellite feed in Spanish and recently in English.
 The new Automundo Magazine team plans to develop Automundo into a fully integrated media venture. Immediate plans call for the production of Radio and Television automotive weekly programs both in English and Spanish for domestic and international broadcast. A new venture, Automundo News Bureau will serve domestic and Latin American media companies informed of automotive industry and motorsports news.
