AUTODESK AND COGSWELL POLYTECHNICAL COLLEGE TO SPONSOR 'COMPUTER AND VIDEO IMAGING EXPO '93'

 CUPERTINO, Calif., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Autodesk Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: ACAD), Sausalito, and Cogswell Polytechnical College, Cupertino, will join hands in sponsoring the first computer and video imaging exposition ever held in Northern California, Saturday, June 19, on the Cogswell campus, the college announced today.
 "Computer and Video Imaging Expo '93" will feature educational seminars and vendor showcases on animation, virtual reality, imaging, scriptwriting, storyboarding, game production, film/broadcast graphics, 3D modeling, interactive media and more.
 Expo visitors can learn how to use sophisticated software to produce high-quality renderings and animations. They can also get a glimpse of leading-edge interactive software.
 Cogswell College is a 106-year-old private college accredited by the Senior Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The college offers engineering degrees as well as the only bachelor of arts in Computer and Video Imaging in the United States, a degree program involving integrated media such as computer graphics, animation, sound design and video production.

 Both agree this exposition will have the highest level of presentors, such as Iain McCaig, a storyboard artist and concept director for Terminator II, as well as vendors such as Wavefront, Matrox, Viewpoint Engineering Graphics, Xaos, Fractal Design, PixoArts and more.
