 ATTORNEY GENERAL PREATE ANNOUNCES KEY CAMPAIGN STAFF APPOINTMENTS
 HARRISBURG, Pa., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Ernie Preate announced today the following key campaign staff appointments:
 Mark P. Campbell has been named campaign director and will be responsible for overall statewide election efforts. Campbell joins Preate's strategy team which already includes media consultant David Garth. Campbell is a veteran of numerous successful political campaigns and is known throughout Pennsylvania and for his work as a political consultant to Pennsylvanians for Effective Government (PEG).
 Pat Zangardi has been named campaign chief of staff and finance director. Zangardi has been a key member of Preate's team for the last 10 years and his statewide finance director since 1987.  Peggy E. Madigan, former president of the Pennsylvania Council of Republican Women, has been named statewide volunteers coordinator. Madigan brings more than 20 years of grassroots, volunteer coordinating, and campaign experience to Preate's 1992 election efforts.
 Carey J. Dunn has been named assistant campaign chief of staff and will be responsible for campaign and fund-raising efforts in western Pennsylvania. Dunn has been with the attorney general's staff in various capacities since 1988.
