ATC indicts 7 suspects in explosives, weapons possessing case.

HYDERABAD -- The Anti-Terrosim Court here on Tuesday indicted seven suspects allegedly belonging to the banned Jeay Sindh Mutahida Mahaz (JSMM) party in a case of possessing explosives and weapons.

According to the police, five suspects were under the judicial remand and two of them were released on bail.

They were arrested by Hatri police station in a raid in Aliabad area on March 2 in Hyderabad. The police had recovered improvised explosive devices weighing 12 kilograms, a Klashnikov and 3 pistols besides the magazines and live bullets from their possession.

The indicted accused include Muzafar Hussain Nagaraj, Ghulam Murtaza Abro, Shakil Ahmed Ghangro, Rafatullah Jarwar, Arbab Soomro, Saunharo and Nawab Ali.Among them Nagraj, Abro, Ghangro and Jarwar were also booked in four separate cases of possessing unlicensed weapons.
