ATC declares Nadeem Nusrat, Sohail Zaidi PO.

KARACHI -- The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday declared Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders Nadeem Nusrat and Sohail Zaidi proclaimed offenders in the murder case of former Karachi Electric Supply Company Limited (KESC) Managing Director Shahid Hamid. The ATC heard the murder case of former Karachi Electric Supply Company Limited (KESC) Managing Director. During the proceedings, the accused Minhaj Qazi was presented in the court, while the Investigation Officer presented the report against MQM leaders Nadeem Nusrat and Sohail Zaidi under Criminal Code provisions 87 and 88. The court while declaring the MQM leaders proclaimed offenders ordered to submit asset details of Nadeem Nusrat and Sohail Zaidi and publish advertisements.
