 AT&T ASSISTS GUADALAJARA CALLERS
 LOS ANGELES, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- AT&T (NYSE: T) said today it

is lowering the price of direct-dialed and AT&T Reach Out(R) World calls to Guadalajara, Mexico, by 20 percent until May 31.
"We know that many people have been trying to call Guadalajara since the explosion in the city. AT&T's network has handled many times more calls than usual to the area," said Bill Ferraiuolo, AT&T's Mexico product manager. "Although calling to Guadalajara is again at normal levels, we want to help callers because they are still concerned about someone in the area."
Ferraiuolo said AT&T also is working with Telefonos de Mexico, the Mexican telephone administration, to expedite the planned addition of 90 telephone circuits to Guadalajara. The circuits should improve the completion of calls between the two countries and are expected to be available by Wednesday, April 29.
