 ASTROTECH INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES DEATH
 OF WILLARD F. ROCKWELL JR., FORMER CHAIRMAN
 PITTSBURGH, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Astrotech International Corporation AMEX: AIX) today announced the death of Willard F. Rockwell, Jr., its former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rockwell served Astrotech as its Chairman from September 1981 to August 1989 and, after his retirement from active management of Astrotech, continued to serve as a Director.
 W. F. Rockwell, Jr., known to his friends and associates as "Al", was also founder and former Chairman of the Board of Rockwell International Corporation. Mr. Rockwell served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development in Pittsburgh and also served as a Director of Mellon Bank and Allegheny Airlines, predecessor of USAir. Mr. Rockwell also received six honorary doctorates as well as awards from the American Astronautical Society, the American Management Association, the United Negro College Fund, and the Bronze Medal of Honor from the International Institute of Technology.
 A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 1992, at the Trinity Cathedral in Pittsburgh.
 In lieu of flowers, the family of Mr. Rockwell suggests a memorial contribution may be made to the Pennsylvania State University in memory of Willard Frederick Rockwell, Jr., One Old Main, University Park, Pennsylvania 16802.
