ASPEN PUBLISHERS ACQUIRES "BUSINESS TORTS REPORTER" FROM BTR COMM.

BTR Communications (Cleveland, OH) has sold The Business Torts Reporter newsletter to Aspen Newsletters (Alexandria, VA), a newsletter publishing division of Aspen Law & Business (New York). No terms were given.

The acquired property is published monthly and is targeted to legal professionals involved in business tort law. Editorial includes reviews and analysis of the most recent judicial developments in business tort law, including such topics as fiduciary duties, tortious interference, business defamation and tortious breach of contract. It also includes case summaries and related news items.

The Aspen unit publishes such titles as Corrections Alert, Hospital Law Newsletter, The Journal of Proprietary Rights and Banking Policy Report.
