ASME pressure vessels.

This ASME horizontal hydro-pneumatic vessel is made of ASTM A516 Grade 70 carbon steel. The 15,000-gallon tank is designed, fabricated and stamped for 150 psig internal pressure in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 latest edition. Interior surfaces are blasted and lined for potable water storage. Lifting lugs, saddles, an elliptical manway and high-pressure couplings also are supplied. Code requirements like USFDA, BISSC, ABS, API650, API620 and U142 can be met. A range of materials are available, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Mond, Hastelloy and Iconel. A variety of features are available. such as vacuum design, agitators and controls, heating/cooling jacket or coils, vents, overflow pipes, sheathing, insulation. passivation, electropolishing, special coatings, tank liners, non-destructive testing and more.
