The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers presents its latest annual reference for engineers to refrigeration equipment and systems for applications other than human comfort, among them cooling, freezing, and storing food; industrial applications of refrigeration; and low-temperature refrigeration. A new chapter covers refrigerant containment, recovery, recycling, and reclamation. This volume uses the International System of Units (SI); a separate volume uses inch-pound (I-P) units. The accompanying disk, which contains the entire text, uses both.
