ASHA CORP. ANNOUNCES OEM GERODISC INTEREST

 SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Alain J-M Clenet, president of ASHA Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: ASHA), announced today that ASHA Corp. and a major OEM have consummated an interim research and development agreement. The interim research and development agreement is a contractual agreement that governs the adaptation of GERODISC technology into model specific adaptations.
 This interim research and development agreement is a meaningful financial commitment to prove the production capability of the system.
 GERODISC is a significant invention: it provides traction to two wheels instead of one, on two-wheel drive applications. It provides four-wheel traction instead of two or three, in all-wheel-drive and four-wheel drive applications, while reducing cost, weight and mechanical drag.
