 ARTHUR KRIM LEAVING ORION PICTURES CORPORATION
 NEW YORK, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Orion Pictures Corporation


(NYSE: OPC) announced today that an agreement had been concluded with its Founding Chairman, Arthur Krim on terms approved by the bankruptcy court, whereby Mr. Krim will be released from his contract as of July 1, 1992.
 Stuart Subotnick, Executive Vice President of Metromedia Company, which owns approximately 70 percent of Orion, expressed appreciation for the contributions made by Mr. Krim to Orion. "It was Arthur Krim's leadership and pursuit of artistic excellence that made Orion the major motion picture company it became. I am pleased that he has agreed to make himself available and to be of assistance to any further producer or distributor of Orion product," said Mr. Subotnick.
 Mr. Krim stated that it is his desire to devote more time to various causes he has been involved with over the years.
