ART VAN FURNITURE PARADE THEME FLOAT CLUE NO. 3; THANKSGIVING PARADE TICKETS OFFER PRIME VIEW

DETROIT, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Art Van Furniture Stores are sponsoring the biggest unit The Michigan Thanksgiving Parade has ever seen in the 67th Annual Parade this Thanksgiving. The "Art Van theme float" will consist of a giant 45-foot long float and a 50-foot high balloon and names the theme of The Parade.
The Parade Company, producers of The Michigan Thanksgiving Parade, has joined forces with leading Parade sponsor Art Van Furniture to launch this new program which is designed to further enhance the quality of The Michigan Thanksgiving Parade. The plan calls for creating a new unit to carry The Parade's theme. The 1993 Parade theme, "A Giant Tradition," honors the significance of this 67-year-old event. A new theme unit will be developed each year with the previous year's unit remaining a part of The Parade's inventory and taking its place in The Theme Float Series.
Although the unit will not be unveiled to the general public until The Parade, The Parade Company is issuing weekly clues as to what the theme float is. Here is this week's clue: "OF BEAST AND MAN"
