 ARNO BOHN TO LEAVE PORSCHE AG
 RENO, Nev., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The following information


was released today by Porsche AG in Stuttgart, Germany:
 "Mr. Arno Bohn, chairman of the board of management of Porsche AG, will leave Porsche AG by mutual agreement on Sept. 30, 1992. Mr. Bohn's departure from the company is due to differing opinions concerning the business activities of Porsche AG.
 "At its meeting on Sept. 25, 1992, the supervisory board of Porsche AG will propose Dr. Ing. Wendelin Wiedeking as spokesman of the board of management."
 Wiedeking is presently Porsche AG board member in charge of production and procurement.
