ARMAGH, BANBRIDGE & CRAIGAVON COUNCIL ART OF CRAFT EXHIBITION 2016 Venue: Market Place Gallery, Market Place Theatre & Arts Centre Date: 29th April until 25th June. Opening night Fri 29th April 2016 at 7.00pm. This exhibition, showing in the Market Place Gallery, features the work of 26 artist/ designer/makers from across Northern Ireland and Ireland showcasing their unique talents through the creation of works featuring ceramics, jewellery, mixed media, textiles, bespoke furniture, printmaking, mosaic and paper working.

MORGAN'S APPLE FARM ORCHARD TOURS Venue: 22 Galrock Road, Loughgall Date: Saturday 30th April 2016 Time: 12.45pm Cost: PS2.00 per person At Morgan's Apple Farm owner, Dermot Morgan will lead the orchard tour which won't disappoint your curiosity. Dermot will proudly show you round his orchard and explain the ways of a working orchard. The tour will give a full report on how the orchard began, its history, machinery, pollination, pruning, pest and frost protection. End the tour with apple juice and cider tasting A Pig on Spit lunch with homemade Armagh Bramley Apple sauce is included in the orchard experience.

APPLE BLOSSOM BAKERY TOURS AND TASTING- JEFFREY LEE Venue: Ballymagerney Road, Loughgal Date: Saturday 30th April 2016 Time: 2.00pm Cost: PS2.00 per person This is an opportunity to visit a local bakery in the heart of the orchards. Armagh Bramley Apples here go directly from the trees at Lee's apple farm into the apple tarts. Sample the Bramley Apple tart at the end of the tour. ARMAGH CIDER COMPANY COOKERY DEMONSTRATION AND APPLE JUICE & CIDER TOUR Venue: 73 Drumnasoo Road, Portadown Date: Saturday 30th April 2016 Time: 3.45pm Cost: PS4.00 per person Join one of our local chefs for a cookery demonstration using Armagh Bramley Apples. Be prepared to get up and join the chef to learn new skills along with food tastings. You will receive a copy of the Armagh Bramley Apple cook book to take away and try the recipes at home.
