ARCTIC ALASKA FISHERIES' GRAND OPENING OF NEW FISH PROCESSING PLANT
 Arctic Alaska Fisheries Corp. is staging a grand opening of its new, 100,000-square-foot fish processing plant at Seattle's Pier 91 on Friday, Jan. 17 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The new facility, employing 30-40 workers initially, will process the company's frozen-at-sea pollock and cod into breaded and battered form, and also house its finfish and seafood-steaking operations.
 Note: Top local elected officials have been invited to speak, but not yet confirmed. The new facility is Building 392, adjacent to CityIce Storage. The Garfield Street entrance on the Magnolia bridge will be closed at 5 p.m. that day; the Gayler Street entrance to Pier 91 is the entrance of choice after 5 p.m.
