ARCS named Freddie Mac lender.

Howard Levine, President/CEO of ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co., L.P. announced that ARCS has been named a Freddie Mac Program Plus[TM] Lender in the New York City metro area, to be administered through ARCS' Princeton office.

"Freddie Mac has attractive and unique programs that will be an exciting addition to the financing options we can offer our borrowers," Levine noted. "They are committed to meeting the challenges of this fiercely competitive market. It shows in their pricing, their flexibility, their comfort in dealing with out-of-the-box transactions."
