ARBROATH 1 ALLOA 0; IRN-BRU DIVISION 2.

Byline: GRAHAM MANN REPORTS

ALLOA boss Allan Maitland was furious this game went ahead after seeing his side sunk by a Steven Weir spot-kick.

Former Scotland star Colin Cameron was the key man for Arbroath and ended his loan stint at the club by winning the penalty for Weir's second-half winner.

But Maitland was unhappy the game got the go-ahead when the weather was so windy.

He said: "It was ridiculous. The game should never have been on.

"If there was a spectacle there for supporters I missed it. "

Wasps boss John McGlashan said: "I have been here for a while and played in worse than that."
