ARBITRATOR'S DECISION ON LISHEEN

 TORONTO, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association has decided in favor of Ivernia Plc in respect of the dispute between Ivernia and Chevron regarding the Lisheen zinc lead deposit.
 The arbitration hearing was held to decide whether Chevron's intended sale of its mineral assets to Lac triggered pre-emption rights in favor of Ivernia.
