 APPSOFT INTRODUCES NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROGRAM
 REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Appsoft, Inc., the


leading supplier of NeXTSTEP applications, has introduced the Appsoft Customer Support Program. With it, customers receive free maintenance for the life of the program, an 800 number for free technical support, free bug fixes and discounts on major upgrades of the program.
 "Our Customer Support Program was started to add additional value to our applications," according to Randy Adams, Appsoft president. "Service and support have become key issues of the '90s, often being the reason one product succeeds over another. We want this program to reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction."
 The Customer Support Program is geared toward making Appsoft's programs even more attractive to users by providing additional assistance. Users are automatically enrolled in the program when they register with Appsoft.
 Appsoft applications use identical commands which give a "look and feel" consistency from one program to the next. This enables users to get up-to-speed on new programs very quickly. Programs can also be dynamically linked to any other Appsoft application.
