Dublin Building Systems is the general contractor for the new headquarters facility. All of the financing requirements for this project have been completed. The company anticipates moving into the new facility in March 1994.
Applied Innovation currently operates in approximately 16,000 square feet of leased space in multiple locations in Worthington, Ohio. The new headquarters facility will enable the company to operate more efficiently from a single location, expand key areas of its business, and continue to implement long-term growth plans.
