APPLE COMPUTER ANNOUNCES NEW PROGRAM FOR MULTIMEDIA DEVELOPERS
 AT THE '92 MACROMEDIA CONFERENCE
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Apple Computer Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) today introduced a new assistance program designed to spur the development of multimedia products such as interactive books, music and animated content. "We expect multimedia tools developers, titles publishers, as well as custom developers to respond positively to this new program," said Steve Franzese, manager, Worldwide Multimedia Marketing Group. "The new Apple Multimedia Program will help create a specialized program which invests in our partners and reaffirms Apple as a leader in multimedia."
"The Apple Multimedia Program represents an expansion of Apple's overall commitment to its developers. The new program complements our existing support offerings," said Kirk Loevner, vice president, Apple Developer Group.
