Customers can receive the multimedia bundle for an additional $100 over the cost of the selected Quadra model.
The special education offer, which runs through Aug. 15, 1992, is valued at approximately $1,500 and includes the following products already installed on any Quadra hard disk configuration:

-- Aldus Corp.'s Aldus Persuasion -- a software program for producing slides or overhead presentations. Version 2.1 provides complete support for incorporating QuickTime movies and images into presentations. Suggested retail price is $495.
QuickTime Content Collection -- the special multimedia bundle features more than 40MB of exciting video clips in a variety of subject areas that demonstrate the power and versatility of AppleUs QuickTime technology.
According to Doug Doyle, manager of faculty marketing for Higher Education at Apple, the special multimedia bundle provides education customers with everything they need to create QuickTime movies and presentations. "This combination of technologies will provide educators with a powerful new way to use Macintosh to share existing content with their students and colleagues," said Doyle.
