AP leases 65,000 sf.

Associated Press has leased more than 65,000 square feet at Matrix Development Group's Center Point at 8A. The international news and photography wire service will move into the entire building at 19 Commerce Drive in the South Brunswick portion of the 900-acre business park. (Center Point spans Monroe Township and South Brunswick Townships).

The move, expected to take place next summer, represents a consolidation of data processing and training operations from New York and New Jersey locations. The brokers for the transaction are Charles B. Retz, senior managing director of Williams Real Estate Company, Inc. of New York City and Todd Smith, vice president of the Sitar Company, Iselin, New Jersey.
