The company embraces safety as its #1 Value. FRC believes that health and safety is a process and system inclusive to each employee, not limited to a department or program.

Its people are its most precious and only irreplaceable resource.

The vision of FR Countermeasures Inc. is to be the world-class provider of warfighter countermeasure products and services that continually exceed customer expectations while ensuring a continuous process of safety and quality excellence.

Horrigan Analytics is a scientific and technical services firm. It performs research and analysis in applied mathematics principally directed to understanding and assessing the behavior of weapons in use in combat, primarily for the armed forces. Its services include the design, development, and application of mathematical models of combat.

Horrigan Analytics' principal product is improved quantitative understanding of the behavior of weapon, sensor, network, and platform systems deployments in combat. The objective is to provide analytic means--the concepts and computational procedures--to assess more realistically the effectiveness of weapons, sensors, networks, platforms, and the systems they constitute as well as the associated tactics, techniques, and procedures that govern their deployment and use in the multiple-target, multiple-weapon engagements that typify combat. Improved, operational-specific analytical concepts, the mathematical relationships among the corresponding variables, and the associated computational modules are the most important supporting products. Such analyses accommodate the interacting configurations of attackers and defenders. Consequently, they embody important functional and probabilistic dependencies that determine which attackers encounter which defenders with what probabilities, and the ranges, velocities, and aspect angles of the encounters, their order of occurrence, and the probability distributions of their outcomes.

Those (configural) relationships are typically excluded from customary analyses even though they characterize the interacting configurations and are inherent in combat. Because configural analysis accommodates them and the constraints they impose on target-weapon interactions (often implicitly), the resulting assessments of the relative effectiveness of candidate design alternatives and subsystem trade-offs better approximate their potential combat effectiveness.

M/A-COM SIGINT Products is an ISO certified manufacturer, deeply committed to superior levels of customer satisfaction and products that establish the industry state-of-the-art.

M/A-COM SIGINT Products offers a full range of products including the (SEI certified) SMR-3822 Wideband Signal Search Receiver. The SMR-3822 is a full-function scanning microwave receiver (0.5-20.0 GHz), which in one box provides a level of performance and features previously only attainable in separate search and set-on receivers. By using YIG-based pre-selector and synthesizer technologies, we achieve the fast sweep times so important in rapidly acquiring threats in the tactical environment. Dual mode operation supporting lower phase noise during selected dwells, overall low noise figure and high third order intercept permit sensitivities typically achieved by more static analysis receivers. It also features a 1 GHz IF output, with 500 MHz bandwidth, and a built-in spectrum display processor for RF sweep and IF pan. The receiver may also be reconfigured in the field through a software interface (GUI) and laptop computer. These key features enable potential users to effectively receive and analyze the increasingly complex signals of today and the future.

The FE-3820 Frequency Extender expands the capability of several existing SIGINT Receiver products including the SMR-3822, allowing the interception and analysis of new and future threats operating in the millimeter wave frequency range. It translates 18 to 40 GHz signals to the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range, with versatile control capability and compact size utilizing state of the art millimeter wave components.

Our high performance, low cost SMR-5550i Collection Receiver (SEI Certified) offers all the necessary features for high data rate PCM/TDM reception while maintaining high pulse fidelity for RADAR interception. The SMR-5550i is noted for the low group delay distortion, low phase noise characteristics and high dynamic range in today's demanding signal environments.

The Model 388A IF-To-Tape Baseband Converter provides all the features necessary to meet today's wide range of signal down-conversion applications from conventional IF-To-Tape conversion to high speed A/D signal recording.

Complete details can be obtained by contacting our facility in Hunt Valley or any of our domestic or international sales representatives.

2005 marks the 10th Anniversary of MC Countermeasures Inc. serving both the private and public sectors. We take great pride in providing specialized, high quality EW products and consulting services including: technology and threat analysis, ECM technique development and EW sub-systems. MCCM has unique expertise in both digital and RF design and maintains appropriate security clearances for advanced radar countermeasures development projects. ISO9000:2000 procedures are now in place to ensure quality.

MCCM's main product line is the PRED series of radar PRI predictors that enhance the ECM effectiveness of jammers (VCO or DRFM-based) against PRI-agile radars. PRI predictors can be used to upgrade existing ECM systems or designed into new projects. They improve jammer performance by introducing the capability to generate false targets up-range of the true skin return. In addition, prediction permits advanced techniques such as coherent range bin masking and others to be easily added to existing systems without requiring major system level modifications. Additional benefits of PRI prediction include the ability to generate coherent false targets at ranges in excess of a PRI (useful for high and medium PRF radar modes) and the ability to produce correctly placed false targets during signal fade or while the receiver is blanked. The PRED is available in a number of form factors that, will soon include a (two-chip) chipset that OEMs can mount on their own circuit cards. The prediction algorithms will be expanded this year to include the prediction of RF agility on emitters using channelized or spin-tuned magnetron transmitters. The application of this technology to ESM receivers is also being investigated.

PCA classifies its product offerings into three equipment categories and a fourth category for related engineering services: on-aircraft test equipment for avionics and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems; hot mock-up Benches (HMBs); computer-based maintenance (CBM) aids; automatic test equipment (ATE)-related services; and on-Aircraft Test Equipment.

PCA's on-aircraft test equipment includes complete automatic test systems and antenna coupler sets for installed Electronic Warfare and Avionics Systems. PCA, one of the market's leading suppliers, offers the following systems: On-Aircraft Common Aviation Test System (OCATS), EW End-to-End Tester (ETET), Transmission Line Test Set (TLTS), and Antenna Coupler Sets (ACS). Each system is designed for use on the flightline, in maintenance hangers, or in engineering laboratories.

PCA HMBs provide users with the ability to operate, test, and evaluate EW system hardware and software performance in an off-aircraft/non-flightline environment by simulating operation of the respective system as installed in an aircraft. HMBs are an effective tool for confidence testing system LRUs prior to aircraft installation or verifying the condition of suspect LRUs thus reducing "retest-OK" (RETOK) rates. As part of its product line PCA produces numerous HMBs for existing EW systems. PCA can tailor these designs to meet specific requirements for each customer. PCA manufactures two other variations: Portable Test Units (PTU) and Integrated Support Stations (ISS).

CBMs improve maintenance productivity by providing explicit video-based help for recurring, complex, or error-prone tasks and processes. PCA has produced numerous CBM training aids for its DOD customers. CBMs have been developed for radar systems, digital processing systems, and Electro-Optics Systems CBMs. PCA CBMs are designed to capture expert knowledge which minimizes the loss of "institutional memory" at all levels of the organization and improves personnel transitions.

PCA's services include acquisition and engineering services for support equipment (SE), information technology, performance evaluations, integrated logistics support (ILS), and TPS acquisition and engineering services support.

www.terma.com

Terma A/S was founded in 1949, and has since developed into a high-tech company that develops, produces, and markets a wide range of radars, C31, and electronic warfare (EW) systems. In the EW field, Terma specializes in these areas: control and integration of EW self-protection systems on fighters, transport aircraft and helicopters; chaff and flare dispensing systems; and pods, pylons, and other externally mounted structures for installation of various types of EW systems. The Terma Corporation has four sites in Denmark and a total workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.

The Terma EW Management System (EWMS), the AN/ALQ-213 (V), was developed in close cooperation with the Royal Danish Air Force for the F-16. The system was subsequently made compatible with a wide range of EW subsystems and adapted for use in other aircraft. It is now a generic system that is able to control any combination of EW subsystems on multiple types of tactical aircraft. The system also provides control for other than EW subsystems. In the Belgian, US, and Danish fleets of F-16s, the EWMS has been selected to control the aircraft's onboard reconnaissance system. The AN/ALQ-213 (V) is in operational use in 12 different types of fighters, transport aircraft and helicopters in eight countries, including the US, Australia, and several European countries. Based on incoming threat signals, the EWMS automated threat response capability ensures that the optimum combination of countermeasures is initiated without action from the pilot. The system also features a semiautomatic and manual mode of operation.

New products include a Tactical Threat Display (TTD), introduced to accommodate information from missile warning systems and to replace older type CRT radar warning displays, and a three-dimensional audio warning system that will immediately alert the pilot to the direction of the threat. The 3-D Audio Warning System is considered a strong candidate for the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Terma has also developed the Advanced Countermeasures Dispensing System (ACMDS), which has been adapted to various types of aircraft. The Pylon Integrated Dispensing System (PIDS) is used by several F-16 countries, including the US. The PIDS has been further modified to accommodate missile warning sensors. The Modular Countermeasures Pod (MCP) is used on transport air-craft, and special scab-on mountings are in use on transport aircraft and helicopters.

In November 2003, Terma and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center of USAF signed a long term partnering agreement that includes maintenance, hardware and software support of Terma EW Systems. The agreement also includes provisions for supply of Terma EW systems to other DOD users and the supply of such systems to other countries.

In May 2004 Terma established a subsidiary company in the US: Terma North America, Inc., located at 151 Osigian Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The chairman of the board is Bob Louthan and the site manager is Frank Solhoj.
