 ANUBIS II CLOSES MAJOR PART OF GAMING BUSINESS ACQUISITION
 MINNEAPOLIS, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Anubis II Corp. announced today that it had completed the major part of its gaming business acquisition which had been previously announced.
 As part of the transaction, Anubis II has changed its name to Casino America, Inc.
 Anubis has acquired Riverboat Corporation of Mississippi which has a gaming license for riverboat gambling in Biloxi, Miss. This operation is expected to open later this year and two riverboats formerly operating as riverboat gaming boats in Iowa will be chartered to Riverboat Corporation of Mississippi to operate at this location. Also acquired was Riverboat Services, Inc. which seeks to provide fee-based management consulting services to affiliated riverboat casinos and others and Casino Career Training Center which seeks to provide training services for a fee for persons seeking careers in the gaming industry. The remaining business to be acquired, Casino Cruises, Inc. which provides management services to one riverboat casino located in Illinois, the Par-a-Dice servicing Peoria, Ill., is awaiting regulatory approval.
 All of the existing officers and directors of Anubis II have resigned. Bernard Goldstein, who has been active in the development of the riverboat gambling industry in a number of states, has been named chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Casino America. James E. Ernst, now president and chief operating officer of Riverboat Services, Inc., has been named president and chief operating officer of the company. Ernst is a former partner of McGladrey and Pullen, Davenport, Iowa. Robert Gensamer, formerly with Resorts International, is vice president of Gaming Operations and more recently with Riverboat Services, Inc. Allan B. Solomon of Boca Raton, Fla., was named secretary, treasurer and a director. Solomon is an attorney and partner in the Florida law firm of Broad and Cassel.
 Anubis II has issued 2,700,000 shares of common stock to the former owners of the businesses acquired and now has approximately 5.9 million shares of common stock outstanding.
 The company has common stock and warrants which are traded primarily in the Minneapolis/St. Paul local over-the-counter market.
