ANGOLA,PORTUGAL : Portuguese media group Impresa teams up with Angolan company- Finicapital to set up media group in Angola.

Portuguese media group Impresa and Finicapital the Angolan asset management company have inked a deal to set up a media group in Angola, the Impresa brought this piece of information in a statement issued in Lisbon.

Impresa said in a statement filed with Portuguese stock market regulator, CMVM that the partnership involved creating Media Rumo, an Angolan company, which will be 70 percent owned by Finicapital and 30 percent by Impresa.

on account of Angola s strong economic growth, based on the oil industry and the growing boost to diversification of its production and services sectors, particularly energy, agriculture, and development of infrastructures, which make the country one of Africa s emerging economies, the first venture by the new group will be to commence a financial magazine entitled Rumo.

The proclamation alleged that Media Rumo plans to establish itself as a media project with access to all platforms, in the same way to Impresa s plan in Portugal.
