ANDREW JERGENS ANNOUNCES NEW MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

WILMINGTON, Del., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andrew Jergens Company, Cincinnati, today announced a management reorganization within its Canadian subsidiary.
Jergens is a subsidiary of the Wilmington-based Kao Corporation of America (KCOA).
Robert L. Roebuck, president of Jergens Canada, Inc., has decided to leave the organization to pursue other interests. As a result of this change, a new, more integrated management structure has been established between Jergens (Mississauga) Canada and Jergens headquarters in Cincinnati.

The reorganization is part of an ongoing process already taking place within The Andrew Jergens Company to become a more efficient organization, and to increase the effectiveness throughout all aspects of the business.
KCOA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kao Corporation, a diversified Japanese company with sales exceeding $5 billion that has been in business since 1887.
