ANALYSTS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION REPORTS REVENUES AND EARNINGS FOR FIRST QUARTER

 MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Analysts International Corporation (NASDAQ: ANLY) today reported net income of $1,939,000, equal to 27 cents per share, for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 1993, an increase of 8.1 percent from last year's $1,794,000, or 25 cents per share. Revenues were $41,737,000, up 12.8 percent from $37,003,000 reported a year earlier.
 Frederick W. Lang, chairman and chief executive officer, said, "In the first six months last year our recession recovery resulted in a 62 percent profit increase over the year before to record levels. As is typical in the second year of recovery, the first six months of this year will probably remain near that new profit level, with continued growth planned in the second half."
