ANALYSTS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION NAMES LOFTUS AS NEW DIRECTOR

 MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Analysts International Corporation (NASDAQ: ANLY) today elected Margaret Loftus as a director of the company, succeeding Frank Mullaney, who retired from the board.
 Loftus has been a principal in Loftus Brown-Wescott, Inc., a business consulting firm, since 1989. She formerly was vice president- software of Cray Research, Inc. Loftus also serves as chair of Unimax Systems Corporation, vice president of operations of NetStar, Inc., and a director of Ultimap Corporation, Itasca Systems, Inc., Medical documenting Systems, Inc., and The Works.
 Mullaney, 70, is past chairman of the board of Cray Research, Inc. He has served as a director of Analysts International Corporation since the formation of the company in 1966.
 Analysts International Corporation is a Minneapolis-based computer software services company.
