ANACOMP AGREES TO PURCHASE NATIONAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS' COMPUTER OUTPUT MICROGRAPHICS SERVICE BUSINESS

 ATLANTA, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Anacomp, Inc. (NYSE: AAC) today announced that it has agreed to purchase the computer output micrographics service business of 11 data centers operated by Minneapolis-based National Business Systems (NBS) for approximately $13.5 million using equal amounts of common stock and cash.
 Anacomp, a worldwide supplier of micrographics systems, services and supplies, acquired NBS computer output micrographics service business in Minneapolis-St. Paul; Chicago; Denver; Dallas; Seattle; New York; Atlanta; Portland, Ore.; Las Vegas; San Francisco and Miami.
 NBS is a leading supplier of data entry, laser printing and related information management services, which will be unaffected by the transaction. NBS will also maintain micrographics service business in selected markets.
