ANA files to revise international fares.

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2009 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Japanese carrier ANA has announced that it has filed a revision of its normal international fares with the Japanese government for travel between Japan and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Subject to approval by the Japanese and appropriate foreign governments, the revised fares will be effective for travel departing from Japan on or after 1 April 2009.

On routes between Tokyo and London, the new fares will be: JPY438,000 for Economy PEX, a decrease of 7%; JPY835,600 for normal Economy Class, unchanged from previous fares; JPY1,173,200 for normal Business Class, an increase of 7%; and JPY2,204,100 for normal First Class, up 13%.

For Tokyo to Paris services, the following fares will apply: JPY438,000 for Economy PEX, a decrease of 7%; JPY835,600 for normal Economy Class, unchanged from previous fares; JPY1,173,200 for normal Business Class, a rise of 7%; and JPY2,223,300 for normal First Class, up 13%.

New fares on Tokyo to Frankfurt services are: JPY438,000 for Economy PEX, a drop of 7%; JPY920,100 for normal Economy Class, up 8%; JPY1,220,100 for normal Business Class, an increase of 12%; and JPY2,204,100 for normal First Class, a rise of 13%.
