AMERICARE HEALTH GROUP SIGNS MARKETING AGREEMENT

EAST ISLIP, N.Y., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Americare Health Group, Inc. (NASDAQ-OTC: AHGR), today announced the signing of a 5 year marketing agreement with Medical Sales Associates, a subsidiary of Littlefield, Adams & Co. The contract announced earlier in the day by Littlefield, calls for Americare to issue approximately $10,000,000 worth of its common stock to Littlefield.
The contract calls for Americare to market certain specialty medical products and devices manufactured by Medical Sales Associates. These products are designed for America's disabled, and those injured in an accident and in need of surgery or rehabilitation. Americare's chairman, Dr. James E. Turner, reports that the contract with Littlefield, Adams, and Company represents that, based on negotiations with potential purchasers, sales from this contract alone may exceed $40 million for 1993.
Americare will build and franchise nationally its existing "State of the Art" spine rehabilitation clinics. These clinics specialize in a multidisciplinary approach to lower back injury which accounts for a significant portion of compensation claims in America.
Americare Health Group, Inc., is a publicly held Delaware Corporation whose stock is traded in the over the counter markets under the symbol "AHGR".
