 NEW YORK, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Prices on the American Stock


Exchange closed lower today in moderate trading. The Amex Market Value Index closed down 0.66 to 370.00. Declines led advances 275 to 266 with 270 issues unchanged. The average price per share fell three cents.
 Stock volume for the regular session totaled 11,901,660 shares, down from the 12,790,170 shares traded yesterday. There was no after-hours trading activity.
 There were 198 block trades, while 203 blocks were traded in the previous trading session.
 Topping the most active list was Bergen-Brunswig Corp., down 2-3/4 to 17-3/8 on 1,207,800 shares, followed by American Medical Holdings, up 1/4 to 7-3/4 on 384,500 shares. The third most active issue, Fruit of the Loom was up 1/4 to 23-1/4 on 374,800 shares.

 Trading in options was light today with 116,346 contracts changing hands as compared with 204,319 contracts traded yesterday. Puts were higher as calls traded lower.
 Topping the most active list in puts was the RJR Nabisco Dec. 12 1/2 series, down 3/8 to 3 on 4,050 contracts, followed by the RJR Nabisco Mar. 10 series, unchanged at 1 on 1,530 contracts. The third most active was the RJR Nabisco Dec. 10 series down 1/8 to 11/16 on 1,519 contracts.
 Topping the most active list in calls was the RJR Nabisco Dec. 7 1/2 series, up 3/8 to 2-1/8 on 5,847 contracts, followed by the RJR Nabisco Dec. 10 series up 1/8 to 1/4 on 5,820 contracts. The third most active was the Philip Morris Dec. 60 series, down 1-3/4 to 8-1/4 on 3,682 contracts.
