AMERICAN OIL AND GAS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION

 HOUSTON, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- American Oil and Gas Corporation (NYSE: AOG) today announced the resignation of Michael T. Fadden from his positions of executive vice - president, marketing, supply, transportation and processing and as a director of the company. The duties of Mr. Fadden, who left the company to pursue other business and personal interests, will be assumed by David M. Carmichael, chief executive officer and president of the company.
