AMERICAN FILM SECURES NEW BANK LINE OF CREDIT
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- American Film

Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: AFTI) has received a commitment for an approximate $2 million line of credit through the Bank of Industry, Joseph Taritero, chairman and chief executive officer, announced today.
The new arrangement provides both an increased level of borrowing and more attractive terms than the company's earlier facility with Meridian Bank in Pennsylvania.
Taritero commented, "The change in our primary banking relationship not only reflects American Film Technologies' move of its corporate headquarters this year to Los Angeles from Wayne, Penn., but we believe the more favorable terms are a reflection of our rising revenues and profitable operations in fiscal 1992.
"The increasing success of our animation production services, with our work for both network television and theatrical productions and the solid backlog of our operations for colorizing black-and- white films, have brought American Film Technologies profitable growth this year. We believe our company's work for such companies as Fox Film Corp., The Walt Disney Co., Amblin Entertainment and Turner, as well as our partnership with Tsuburaya Productions hold the promise of still greater growth to come."
American Film Technologies Inc. provides animation production services, special effects and computer-assisted digital paint services for original television and theatrical film production. The company also creates color versions of black-and-white motion pictures and television productions.
