In addition, American Express has been helping Cardmembers and businesses in the region who need emergency assistance in coping with the disaster.
American Express will make a contribution of $75,000 to the American Red Cross, earmarked for its relief activities in the region. In addition to this grant, the American Express Foundation will also match contributions by American Express employees of $25 or more to eligible relief organizations.
