AMERICAN DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS INC. ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF SMR SYSTEM IN MEMPHIS, TENN.

DENVER, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective today Mont Rouge Resources Inc. doing business as American Digital Communications (OTC: ADCM.U) acquired another Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR) system. The system located in Memphis, Tenn., provides service to a population of over 1,200,000. This is the second of several SMR acquisitions that are currently in process. This acquisition further enhances the company's position to participate in the explosive growth occurring in the SMR industry.
This purchase includes the acquisition of a sales and service shop, current licenses, and the building and loading of additional licenses in the Memphis market. According to Jerald L. Woods, chief executive officer and board chairman, "American Digital Communications is beginning 1994 as we planned. We anticipate explosive growth in 1994. We expect to have several more acquisitions to announce in the next two weeks."
American Digital Communications Inc. is an emerging SMR company. Woods says, "We believe the explosive growth experienced in the cellular industry is about to be duplicated in the SMR industry. The recent re- regulation of these frequencies has allowed cellular-like capabilities to be added to SMR traditional services like two-way paging and dispatch. We plan an aggressive acquisition campaign in several areas of the country. This allows us to create corridors of service for our consumers between core sites."
"We are serving the quality conscious consumer who has unique communications needs," said Robert Moore, president of American Digital Communications." Enhanced Specialized Mobile Radio (ESMR) will allow us increased flexibility in meeting the communication needs of our customers. Any communications that are completed today will be able to be sent less expensively, faster and more efficiently over the new wireless technology than is possible using existing hard wired technology. We call it communications anytime, anywhere."
Founded in 1987, as Mont Rouge Resources Inc. the company is in the process of reincorporating to Wyoming and changing its name to American Digital Communications Inc. and is traded on the over-the-counter electronic bulletin board symbol ADCM.U.
