AMERICAN BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC. INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING TERMINATED

 HUTCHINSON, Kan., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- American Broadcasting System, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMFMU; AMFMA; AMFMW), announced today that the underwriting agreement in connection with its initial public offering of units consisting of common stock and class A common stock purchase warrants has been terminated. All of the company's securities will be delisted from NASDAQ effective as of the close of business on Jan. 6, 1994.
