AMERICAN AIRCRAFT CORP. (NASDAQ: AARC) MANAGEMENT
KNOWS OF NO REASON FOR SUDDEN DECLINE IN STOCK
LONG BEACH, Calif., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert A. St. John, senior vice president of American Aircraft Corp. (NASDAQ: AARC), announced today that management knows of no reason for the recent sharp decline in its share price. The company has had no significant changes in its operations since its last public report; though it is management's belief that significant strides have been made in the company's marketing efforts for sales of its Penetrator Helicopter to foreign governments. St. John also stated that negotiations with Cyclone Aviation Products LTD of Israel were still on schedule, with AAC representatives visiting Cyclone's facilities this week.
